All our residences are fully furnished and equipped.
When it comes to furnishings and decorations, we’ve thought of everything:
A hotel-like bed, plenty of storage space, a full-fledged desk or table where you can work in your own room etc. The homey, cheerful and authentic style will make you feel right at home!
As for the equipment, it has all the essentials and is ready to use.
Fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, crockery and all the cutlery you need for a great meal. An exact list is available upon request from the ManyMany Building Manager.

– Membership fees from 1300€:
A once-in-a-lifetime payment! This allows you to move from one apartment to another at no extra charge (excluding cleaning fees).
– €250 cleaning fee
Yes, the minimum rental period is 6 months. You can then extend the rental agreement on a monthly basis.
The notice period is two months.
